Description

The Atlas Air Force AF7 is a commercial-grade, two-stage 80-gallon vertical air compressor built for auto shops, fabrication facilities, and serious workshops that need real CFM at the wall. A 5HP single-phase motor pairs with a heavy-duty cast-iron three-cylinder pump — two low-pressure cylinders staged into one high-pressure cylinder — to deliver 18.5 CFM at 145 PSI and 14.5 CFM at 175 PSI. The 80-gallon vertical tank is made in the USA, which keeps the floor footprint at 36 by 24 inches with the pump and motor mounted on top.

A magnetic starter ships standard — it controls electric input and extends motor life under the start-stop duty cycle every shop compressor sees. Vibro-isolation pads are included for vibration and noise control, a hands-free tank drain extension takes the daily moisture purge off the floor, and a finned tank inlet tube reduces internal moisture accumulation before it reaches the tank. Power requirements are 220V single-phase, 30-amp breaker, #10 wire. Shipping weight is 485 lbs and the unit ships freight.
